Return & Exchange Policy

At Organic Glow, we take pride in the quality of our products. We follow the best storage, handling, and shipping practices to ensure that every item reaches you in excellent condition and meets our quality standards.

Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

We only accept returns or exchanges if the product has an issue caused by us, such as:

  • Defective or damaged items
  • Incorrect items sent

Shipping delays or courier handling issues are not considered our responsibility, unless the product was shipped by us in clearly poor or damaged condition.

Customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to report any issue. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • A brief explanation of the problem

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item.

Refunds or Exchanges

  • Approved cases will be handled as either a refund or exchange, depending on the condition of the returned item.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.
  • Banks or payment providers may take additional time to post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Personal care and beauty products that have been opened or used
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Hazardous or flammable materials

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it fairly.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
